
London Eye Diagnostic Centre provides a state of the art ophthalmic results service to the most highly regarded eye specialists and professors of ophthalmology in the country.
All diagnostic tests are performed by dedicated ophthalmic technicians. The results are normally available for collection shortly after the test has been carried out.

Humphrey Visual Field
Used to assess the central and peripheral vision of the eye
Goldman Applanation Tonometry
To measure the pressure of the fluids in the eye. If the pressure is too great, damage may occur to the fragile nerve fibres at the back of the eye. Over time, this may cause a reduction in the vision.
Optical Coherence Tomography
Digital mapping of the retinal sections in the back of the eye.
Auto Fluorescence Photography
Imaging of the retinal pigmentation.
Colour Images of Fundus
This is useful for any eye condition that could cause a change in the structure of the retina. This includes Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Diabetic Retinopathy.
Red free imaging
Contrast imaging to view the surface of the retina.
Pachymetry
Used to assess the thickness of the cornea.
