Mr Brian Cohen
MD FRCS (Tr&Orth)
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon – Upper Limb Lead
Speciality: Orthopaedic Surgery
I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. I trained at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where I completed an MD thesis and subsequently undertook a fellowship in Sports Orthopaedics for a year in Adelaide. On my return from Australia I was appointed as a Consultant in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery at University College Hospital NHS Trust.
In 2007 I became a founding partner of The London Orthopaedic Clinic, a private clinic in central London, based at King Edward VII Hospital. I have been involved in the treatment of painful musculoskeletal conditions affecting the upper limb for many years and through experience, I have developed a philosophy of exploring all non-operative forms of management, including orthobiologics treatments, in addition to offering surgery to my patients.
